How long does it take for you to complete a task?

Most design tasks are completed within 3 days or less however more complex requests such as landing pages or integration can take longer. We always add a delivery date once marked "active".

Do you offer one-time web design or tasks? How much for?

Yes we do - We calculate our prices based on the project scope, timeline, and deliverables. We will give you a detailed proposal after learning as much as we can about your project.

What programs do you design in?

Most requests are completed using Figma, Webflow & other no-code tools.

What if I need something that is not listed?

We're confident that we can handle 'almost' any design/website task! - we just haven't gotten around to listing them all.

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

Are there any contracts to use your service?

0 contracts, you can cancel/pause at any time.

Do we need regular meetings?

Past a kick-off meeting? Ideally no, unless its needed (we'll never say no)

As long as you can convey the task clearly in any format via trello, we should be okay. We'd rather focus on getting the work completed.
