For the real estate development company Helsfyr Atrium, Saentys hired me to create an interactive webflow website.
Key outcome
Scroll-animated Webflow build with Lottie and After Effects transitions
Helsfyr Atrium is a commercial property development in Oslo, and we were commissioned by the creative agency Saentys to build an interactive Webflow website that would showcase the development with the visual sophistication it deserved. The brief called for animation-driven storytelling typically reserved for high-end video production, translated into a performant web experience.
Property development websites often rely on static image galleries and floor plans that fail to convey the atmosphere of a space. Saentys had created motion design concepts in After Effects that captured the building's character through transitions, lighting reveals, and spatial animations. The challenge was recreating that cinematic quality in a browser without sacrificing performance or accessibility.
We built the site in Webflow, closely matching the After Effects reference animations using Lottie for vector-based motion and precise scroll-triggered animations for spatial reveals. Each section was choreographed to guide visitors through the building's features as they scroll, creating a narrative journey rather than a static brochure.
The build required careful performance tuning to ensure smooth playback across devices while maintaining the visual fidelity of the motion design. We optimised asset loading and animation sequencing so the experience felt polished without becoming sluggish on mobile connections.
The Helsfyr Atrium website delivers a cinematic browsing experience that sets it apart from conventional property marketing. The animation-driven storytelling gives potential tenants and investors an immersive sense of the space before they ever visit. Saentys was able to present their client with a website that matched the ambition of the motion design concepts, all within a CMS-managed Webflow build that the team can update independently.
