CMS property portfolio with scroll animations and Lottie effects
Raffles is one of the world's most prestigious luxury hospitality brands, with properties spanning Singapore, the Seychelles, Paris, Bali, and now Jeddah. Working with Saenty's, we turned a full website mockup into a polished Webflow site that befits the Raffles name , sophisticated, elegant, and impeccably detailed.
Luxury property websites live or die on the quality of their execution. Raffles Residences Jeddah represents an extraordinary standard of design, craftsmanship, and exclusivity, and the digital presence had to communicate that standard from the very first pixel. A site that felt templated, slow, or visually inconsistent would actively undermine the brand positioning that Raffles has spent over a century building. Every detail mattered, from image loading behaviour to typographic precision to the way floor plans were presented.
The project also had a practical content management requirement. The site needed to showcase a portfolio of properties with varying specifications, floor plans, and imagery , content that would evolve as units became available and new properties were added. A static build would quickly become a maintenance burden. The solution needed to give the Raffles team dynamic control over property listings without sacrificing any of the visual polish.
We translated the provided mockup into a smooth, high-fidelity Webflow site with meticulous attention to spacing, typography, and responsive behaviour. The build prioritises image presentation , full-bleed hero imagery, gallery interactions that feel luxurious rather than gimmicky, and loading behaviour that preserves visual quality without sacrificing performance. The colour palette and typography choices mirror Raffles' established brand language, ensuring the Jeddah property feels like a natural extension of the global Raffles portfolio.
A custom Webflow CMS architecture powers the property portfolio. Properties, floor plans, and web views are managed dynamically through the Webflow Editor, allowing the team to add new listings, update availability, and publish new imagery without developer involvement. The CMS structure is designed so that content additions render consistently within the established visual system, maintaining brand quality as the portfolio grows.
Raffles Residences Jeddah launched with a digital presence that matches the prestige of the Raffles name. The site communicates luxury through craft rather than decoration, with every interaction and visual detail reinforcing the brand's reputation for excellence. The CMS architecture gives the team operational independence while preserving design quality, ensuring that the site remains a valuable sales tool as the property portfolio evolves over time.
