Overview
Body by Ciara is an online personal training business that built a loyal following through Instagram workouts during the pandemic. As demand grew beyond what social media could handle, Ciara London needed a dedicated platform to deliver structured fitness programmes, manage subscriptions, and support a mobile app experience. We were tasked with migrating the entire operation from WordPress to Webflow while preserving the community she had built.
The Problem
The existing WordPress site was functional but rigid. Managing 17,000+ users, processing recurring subscription payments, and delivering content required patching together multiple tools that did not communicate with each other. Each new programme or content update meant navigating a tangle of plugins. The business had outgrown its infrastructure, and the user experience was suffering.
The Build
We designed and developed a new Webflow website alongside a custom CRM platform, migrating over 17,000 users without data loss. The migration involved recreating subscription plans with new payment gateways and automating the flow of user data between the website, CRM, and a brand new mobile app. Every touchpoint was rethought to create a cohesive experience across web and mobile.
The Webflow CMS was structured so Ciara and her team could publish new workout content, manage member access, and update programmes without technical support. Payment processing was integrated directly into the subscription flow, reducing friction for new sign-ups.
The Outcome
Body by Ciara now runs on a unified platform where the website, CRM, and mobile app share data seamlessly. The migration of 17,000 users was completed without disruption to member access. Ciara's team can manage subscriptions, publish content, and onboard new members entirely through the CMS, giving them the operational freedom to focus on creating great fitness programmes.
