We've been closely collaborating with Log my Care, an innovative care management software platform, to enhance their digital offerings for the UK care industry.
Key outcome
50+ marketing pages maintained for a CQC-compliant UK care platform
Log My Care is a SaaS platform that digitises care management for UK care homes — replacing paper records with a system that improves regulatory compliance, reduces medication errors, and gives carers more time with residents. We rebuilt their marketing site in Webflow with a sector-first content strategy that speaks directly to the realities of running a care home, from CQC inspections to staff communication gaps.
Log My Care had built a genuinely useful product, but their website didn't communicate any of that value. It read like a generic SaaS landing page: features, screenshots, a pricing table. Care home managers — their actual buyers — weren't seeing themselves in the story. Healthcare buyers in the UK are rightfully cautious: they're dealing with vulnerable people, CQC regulations, and complex operational environments. A generic tech site signals 'startup that doesn't understand our world.'
The site needed to demonstrate deep sector knowledge before it ever pitched the product. It needed to say: we understand what keeps you up at night — inspection prep, medication errors, staff handovers, family reporting — and here's how we solve it.
We rebuilt the entire marketing site with a sector-first content strategy. Instead of leading with the product, the site leads with the problems care home managers actually face — CQC inspection preparation, medication administration errors, staff communication gaps, family reporting obligations. Each problem section connects naturally to the Log My Care feature that solves it, so the product demo becomes the natural next step rather than a hard sell.
The technical build included a custom ROI calculator developed specifically for care homes — it takes bed count, current inspection rating, and staffing levels, then models the time and cost savings from digitising care records. A custom API integration pipes calculator submissions into their CRM as qualified leads with pre-populated context. The entire site meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards — non-negotiable for a healthcare audience.
The new site repositioned Log My Care from 'another care SaaS' to a sector specialist that understands the regulatory, operational, and human realities of running a care home. Demo request rates increased significantly, and the sales team reports that prospects arrive better informed — they've already explored the problem pages and the ROI calculator before the first call. The calculator alone generates a steady stream of qualified leads with detailed operational data attached, which the sales team uses to personalise demos.
