In order to help GoCloud generate more leads, We developed a cutting-edge marketing website for them. The project involved converting a figma design to a webflow website, adding more pages, designing unique elements, and programming a number of API connections to connect smart form data to their mailchimp database.
Key outcome
Figma-to-Webflow build with Mailchimp integration and custom illustrations
GoCloud provides hosted desktop solutions that give UK small businesses the freedom to work from anywhere, with secure, cloud-based access to their full desktop environment on any device. We were engaged by IgniteMarketing to build a new Webflow website that would generate leads and clearly communicate GoCloud's value proposition to time-pressed business owners.
GoCloud operated in a competitive market where hosted desktop providers all sound the same. Their old site used generic IT services language that failed to differentiate them from larger competitors with bigger marketing budgets. For small business owners evaluating remote work solutions, the site didn't answer the questions that actually matter: how easy is it to set up, what happens to my existing software, and can my team really work as if they're in the office?
Beyond messaging, the site lacked any meaningful lead capture. There was no integration with GoCloud's existing Mailchimp mailing lists, meaning every visitor who arrived through Google Ads or word of mouth was a one-shot opportunity with no follow-up mechanism. The marketing team was essentially flying blind, generating traffic they couldn't convert into pipeline.
We built the new site from Figma designs provided by IgniteMarketing, translating the visual direction into a clean Webflow implementation. The build included a comprehensive style guide that allows GoCloud's team to add new pages independently while maintaining visual consistency across the entire site. Several custom illustration elements were reworked to incorporate GoCloud's brand colours and identity, giving the site a distinctive, owned feel rather than a stock-photo aesthetic.
On the technical side, we integrated the site directly with GoCloud's Mailchimp mailing lists so every form submission flows into their existing marketing automation. The integration means new leads enter nurture sequences immediately, and the marketing team can segment and target based on which pages visitors converted from. We also built the site with clean, semantic HTML and optimised page speeds to support their paid search campaigns.
GoCloud launched with a website that does what their old one couldn't: it captures leads and feeds them into a structured follow-up system. The style guide has proven its value as the team has added service pages and case studies without needing developer support. The Mailchimp integration turned the site from a static brochure into an active lead generation engine, giving GoCloud's sales team a steady stream of qualified prospects arriving through nurture sequences already familiar with the product.
