DeskLodge meeting spaces

DeskLodge is a vibrant network of coworking spaces designed to foster creativity, productivity, and community. We partnered with their team to design and develop a significant expansion of their website, creating new pages in Figma and Webflow to better showcase their locations, meeting rooms, and membership offerings to a growing base of coworking professionals.

As DeskLodge opened new locations and added services, their existing website struggled to keep up. The original build did not have the page templates or content structure needed to present each venue consistently, and the bold, energetic brand identity was not fully expressed across the site. The team needed a scalable set of layouts that could accommodate new locations without requiring a rebuild each time.

We designed a suite of new page templates in Figma, then developed them in Webflow to integrate with the existing build. The layouts were engineered to handle location pages, meeting room listings, and membership plans with a consistent visual language. Conversion-focused design principles guided the placement of calls to action, booking prompts, and amenity highlights.

Following the initial rollout, we provided ongoing maintenance and enhancements over the course of a year. This included content updates as new locations launched, responsive improvements for mobile visitors, performance tuning, and UX refinements based on user feedback. We operated as an extension of the DeskLodge team, ensuring the site stayed fresh across multiple campaigns.

DeskLodge now has a website that scales with their business. New locations can be added using established templates, maintaining brand consistency without design overhead. The year of ongoing support kept the site performant, current, and aligned with marketing campaigns, giving the DeskLodge team confidence that their digital presence reflects the quality of their physical spaces.
