Overview
TOSH Space, The Old School House, is a creative coworking and events venue in Boscombe, Dorset. It brings together workspace, studios, venue hire and community programmes for creatives, freelancers and small businesses.
We support the venue with ongoing Webflow maintenance, custom front-end development and day-to-day site management. This is a continuing relationship around a working website, rather than a one-off launch.
The Problem
A venue’s website changes with its programme. Events, workspace information and community content need to stay accurate, while the pages and interactions need to remain consistent as updates accumulate. TOSH Space needed practical development support alongside its small team.
The work also needed to cover more than routine content edits. CMS organisation, layout problems and custom functionality all sit behind the experience visitors see. Keeping those parts in good order helps the team communicate what is available without treating each update as a new website project.
The Build
CMS support for a changing programme
We optimise the Webflow CMS structures used for events, blogs and workspace bookings. The content model gives recurring information a consistent home, while routine updates keep coworking, community and venue-hire pages aligned with the venue’s activity.
