Overview
Karin Young is a therapist based in South London. We redesigned her outdated Wix website and rebuilt it entirely in Webflow, creating a calm, nature-inspired platform that reflects her approachable style and directly contributed to an increase in her client base.
The Problem
Karin's Wix site was limited in functionality and no longer represented her practice accurately. As a private therapist, her website was often the first interaction potential clients had with her, and it needed to communicate warmth, professionalism, and a sense of safety. The old site also gave her no way to manage bookings or share content without friction.
The Build
We collaborated closely with Karin in Figma to design a visual language centred on calm, nature-themed imagery and soft, grounding colours. The design was translated into a fully responsive Webflow site with a dynamic calendar for appointment visibility and a blog that Karin could update herself through the Webflow Editor. Every decision, from colour palette to typography, was made to reinforce approachability and trust.
The Outcome
The new website directly contributed to growth in Karin's client base in South London. Her clients responded positively to the warm, professional design, and Karin now manages the site independently, using the editor to share thoughts, update availability, and keep her practice visible in local search.
