AI agents with a defined job. And clear limits.

Build an assistant that can work through a bounded task across approved tools. We design the actions, permissions and review points around a specific business process, keeping your team in control of consequential decisions.

A real task first. The technology second.

An agent that can do everything is difficult to trust. We start with a narrow job and define what it can read, change and escalate. If a normal workflow is sufficient, we recommend that instead of adding unnecessary autonomy.

Talk through your brief

What we can help with.

These are the building blocks. We agree the deliverables and review rounds around your brief, so the scope is clear before work starts.

AI helps. Your team decides.

Prepare changes with AI, then review the result before publishing.

Illustrative service example

A bounded task and toolset

We define the goal, allowed actions and stopping conditions. The agent receives access to the minimum information and tools needed for the agreed job.

Approvals and permissions

Sensitive actions use explicit review points and permission checks. The model’s instructions are not treated as a substitute for controls enforced by the connected systems.

Evaluation and failure cases

Representative tasks and deliberately difficult inputs are tested before launch. We assess incomplete information, tool failures and attempts to redirect the agent outside its intended scope.

Operational visibility

Run records, escalation and a stop mechanism are included where the architecture supports them. Usage budgets and ongoing evaluation are agreed so the agent does not become an unowned experiment.

From a clear brief to a useful handover.

Bring one task, approved example inputs and a named process owner. We assess the cost of a mistake, the required access and which actions must receive human approval.

  1. Choose a real task

We map one repeated job, its inputs and the person responsible for the result. If a simple integration can do it reliably, we do not add AI just for the label.

  2. Build with boundaries

We connect the approved tools and information, define what the system can do and test both typical cases and exceptions. Sensitive actions need an explicit review point.

  3. Launch with oversight

Your team gets a walkthrough, runbook and a way to stop or escalate the workflow. Ongoing monitoring, usage costs and improvements are agreed before handover.

Explore ai & automation

Before we get started.

How is an agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot mainly responds to a conversation. An agent may take a sequence of tool actions to complete a task. That extra ability needs explicit permissions, review points and operational controls.

Can it send messages or change records automatically?

Potentially, within an approved scope. We assess each action and use confirmation or restricted execution where a mistake could affect customers, money or sensitive information.

Can you promise it will never make a mistake?

No. We can bound the task, test important cases and design safe fallbacks. We do not position model output as infallible or a replacement for every kind of professional judgement.
