We designed and built the Ficus Health Webflow marketing site, a component-driven, multi-language platform with custom product animations, Weglot localisation, and a structured CMS for the AI platform now running inside 120+ German rehab clinics.
Key outcome
Component-driven, multi-language Webflow site with custom product animations and CMS powering demo acquisition for a 120+ rehab clinic audience
Ficus Health is a Berlin-based startup that built the AI documentation platform now running inside 120+ German rehab clinics. Their product transcribes patient conversations, auto-generates DRV-compliant discharge reports, and checks quality against 60+ criteria in real time. The numbers tell the story: 2 hours saved per report, 13 hours per doctor each month, up to 70% lower documentation costs. We designed and built the Webflow marketing site that positions them as the obvious choice for clinical procurement teams across the DACH region.
Ficus Health had a category-defining product and no website. In German healthcare, buyers don't make decisions based on marketing claims, they look for visible trust signals: ISO 27001 certification, BSI C5 attestation, DSGVO compliance, named clinical references. The site had to surface all of these without feeling like a compliance checklist. At the same time, it needed to explain AI-powered documentation to non-technical stakeholders, medical directors evaluating vendor shortlists, IT leads assessing integration depth, clinic administrators calculating ROI. And it had to do all of this in both German and English, from a single CMS that a lean startup team could run without developer support.
We designed the site as a component-driven Webflow system with reusable templates for every page type: solutions, integration, IT security, careers, blog, about. The visual language uses restrained typography, generous whitespace, and a blue-to-indigo gradient palette that reads as clinical precision rather than generic SaaS. Every trust signal, ISO badges, BSI attestation, GDPR compliance markers, is wired into the design system as a first-class component, not an afterthought.
The product animations were the centrepiece. The hero features an interactive GSAP pulse-dot field: hundreds of energy dots that drift and pulse toward invisible attractors, a direct visual metaphor for how Ficus processes unstructured patient data into structured documentation. Scroll-triggered reveals walk visitors through the full product journey: conversation capture, transcription, peer review, KIS integration. A complex technical workflow made intuitive.
Multi-language runs through Weglot, delivering fully localised German and English from a single CMS with no duplication. Finsweet attributes power blog filtering, dynamic tables of contents, and social sharing. We built CMS collections for blog posts, job listings, case studies, team profiles, and testimonials, each one structured so the Ficus team can publish new content through the Webflow Editor without touching code. Custom form handling with validation and CRM routing connects demo requests and white paper downloads directly into their sales pipeline.
Ficus Health launched with a digital presence that competes with enterprise healthcare software vendors on trust and credibility. The site is their primary acquisition channel: it handles demo requests, white paper downloads, and inbound lead qualification without human triage. Their lean team publishes blog posts, job listings, and case studies independently through the CMS. The Weglot setup means both German-speaking clinic directors and English-speaking international partners get a fully localised experience from a single source of truth. The site now anchors their entire go-to-market motion, sales conversations, conference presence, and inbound across the DACH region.
