Overview

Fresh Squeezed Ideas (FSi CX) is a healthcare customer experience consultancy working with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, including Moderna, Gilead, and Novo Nordisk. We designed and built their entire Webflow marketing site from Figma, combining content-rich storytelling with technical SEO rigour.

The Problem

FSi CX had deep expertise and complex service offerings but no digital presence that communicated them clearly to pharmaceutical decision-makers. They needed a modern, content-rich marketing website that could articulate their methodology, showcase case studies, and convert visitors into qualified inquiries, all while meeting the technical standards expected by enterprise pharma partners.

The Build

Working in Figma, we created a clean, content-focused design system built around clear hierarchy, scannable layouts, and consistent UI components. As both designer and developer, we implemented custom animations, bespoke script integrations, and a full content migration from their previous platform into a Webflow CMS structured around case studies, CX offerings, and thought leadership. Conversion rate optimisation shaped the contact and case study journeys with cleaner paths and sharper calls to action. Technical SEO was implemented end to end: semantic markup, fast Core Web Vitals, structured data, an optimised sitemap, and proper canonical URLs.

The Outcome

FSi CX now has a polished, performant Webflow website that gives them a digital presence fit for partners like Moderna and Gilead. The CMS architecture lets their team publish thought leadership and new case studies independently, while the technical SEO foundation ensures their expertise is discoverable by the pharmaceutical leaders searching for it.
