Can I use CMS for non-blog content?
Yes — most of our most useful Collections are not blogs. Common ones: case studies, team members, locations, services, glossary terms, integrations, comparison pages.
Do CMS pages get indexed by Google?
Yes. CMS-driven pages render server-side as static HTML and are indexed identically to any other page on the site. Schema, OG tags, and canonical URLs can all be templated per Collection.
How is Webflow CMS different from WordPress?
Webflow CMS is fully visual, with structured Collections and Collection Pages baked into the design surface. There are no plugins to install, no themes to fight, and no separate admin UI — editors work in the same canvas designers used to build the site.
How many CMS items can I have?
The CMS Plan caps at 2,000 items per Collection; Business plan at 10,000; Enterprise scales further. For most marketing sites, the Business plan is the sweet spot.
